Payment options
When you’ve agreed a quote with us, PayPal and Klarna are both ways to settle the bill. We’ll confirm which one suits your repair.
Using PayPal
Any agreed repair can be paid through PayPal. Some customers may also be offered the option to pay in instalments or later. PayPal decides who qualifies and what it costs, and it shows those details before you agree to anything.
Using Klarna
Klarna is the second option for an agreed repair. Its checkout presents whatever pay-now or pay-later plans it decides to make available to you, following its own assessment. We don’t control those choices.
The steps
- Upload pictures of the damage and tell us about the car.
- Settle on the repair, the cost and a day with us.
- Pick PayPal or Klarna, and look through that provider’s conditions before saying yes.
Spreading a payment is a form of borrowing. The provider runs its own checks, so only commit to repayments that fit your budget, as missing them may harm your credit file. The repayment arrangement sits between you and PayPal or Klarna; the repair itself is covered by our terms and conditions.
